At Rosina Perfumery, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you quickly and securely. Within Greece, we partner with ACS and Geniki Taxydromiki, while international orders are shipped via ELTA, guaranteeing reliable service worldwide.

We recommend providing a business address whenever possible to ensure smooth delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment.

• Orders confirmed and paid before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same day.

• Once shipped, we are unable to redirect deliveries.

• Every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving our store. Should your parcel arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
